NAB Sunnybank is located in the centre of Sunnybank, near Sunnybank Plaza and Market Square. All of the external FC sheeting was removed and replaced, and the aluminium window awnings were upgraded.

Most of the work was completed at night to account for the busy location and to minimise local traffic disruption.
